The Texas Community & Watershed Partners (TCWP), a program of the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service, is growing, and our Houston-based program is hiring two community planners to join our team. Much of our work revolves around the Community Health and Resource Management (CHARM) platform, an interactive GIS application. However, hires will also be supporting community planning efforts in TX, particularly Harvey recovery needs, including higher standards and development codes, buy-outs, and helping communities with the public engagement side of risk mitigation through long-term planning.
