The part-time science tutor will be based at Weeks Bay Estuary and will work during the school year to develop, coordinate, and facilitate field trips at the estuary. The tutor will also develop and provide professional development for teachers and update estuary curriculum. The maximum number of hours per week for this position is 19.
Although the position is listed as a certified position, applicants do not have to be a certified teacher, but should have experience with children and leading education programs.
